Job Description

  • Primary responsibilities Test Execution;
  • To Develop Test cases for new features based
  • Setup and configure the server as per customer environment and report of any issues to ensure quality of releases
  • Analyze the system for any issues and reporting the same
  • Understand various system dependencies and performs Defect tracking and provide the details in defect
  • Setup/maintain various systems monitoring systems and use the same as for testing
  • Timely verification of defect fixes and perform regression tests around the fixes.
  • Demonstrate team work and foster a collaborative environment for continues learning and improvement
Essential Requirements
  • Experience of 3-5 years of Testing.
  • Experience in Server/Storage/Networking/System Management
  • Enterprise Servers hardware and software troubleshooting, OS deployments (Windows, Linux, ESXi), iDRAC/iLO, TCP/IP, SNMP traps, WSMAN, redfish, RAID technologies, OSI Model and Networking basics.
  • Basic Knowledge of Hubs, Switches, Routers, Storage, Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Linux, VMWare, Vsphere, VCentre and ESXI.
  • Server Monitoring experience & Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, RHCE, VCP would be a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Exposure to Management and monitoring tools like Nagios, SCCM, Nessus and Test processes and testing like performance, integration, Security and system testing would be desirable. With the extended engineering team to ensure completion of all required testing, and monitors project progression Develops and executes test automation scripts.
