MPE Product/Test Engineering Test Program DevelopmentJob DescriptionResponsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp. Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions. Tests, validates, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification. Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability. Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities. Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints. Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.QualificationsIn this position, you will be responsible for Enabling and validation of various DFT features such as Scan, MBIST, JTAG, BScan, analog DFT, etc. for Intels leading edge SoC designs post Si. Working closely with design/DFT teams to comprehend ATE requirements, test time/fault coverage/data collection goals, and tester capabilities and limitations. Collaborate with Design/DFT team and integration design teams to understand the design and functional-mode behaviors of the logic and circuits.Ensuring DFT architecture meets DPM and Test time goals, debugging vectors/content on ATE, understanding shmoo results, statistical analysis and enabling production test.Understanding process variation, work with Fab team and design teams to meet yield goals within DPM requirements.Qualification:Candidate should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with about 9-15 years of experience. Proven knowledge of Test Program development, ATE 93k, verigie platform knowledge, prior working knowledeg to build test program, test on ATE and delivering to production test needs. Strong knowledge of DFT architectures & methodologies. This includes Scan, ATPG, Mbist, BScan, IO DFx, analog DFT, JTAG, Boundary scan, etc. Strong knowledge of SoC tools/methodology (OVM, Saola, ACE, VCS*, Lintra, CDC, Synthesis, Spyglass, Tessent ATPG/MBIST tools, Synopsys ATPG tools, design compiler, etc). Strong debug skills and demonstrated experiences in Perl & TCL scripting.
