Built on Nokia s cloud-native Common Software Foundation (CSF), Nokia s multi-vendor and multi-network software solutions enrich and secure user experiences; automate operations and infrastructure; and enable new revenue streams and cost efficiencies.Job Description Main Activities - Perform various types of verification (Functional, non-Functional, Robustness & Performance Tests - Testing to ensure quality at feature and end to end functionality - Ensure troubleshooting support in complex test scenarios - Ensure technical support in deployment and usage stages - Follow all the key Engineering Practices like TDD - Strong experience in Development and Testing - Adaptability and flexibility to work with others and contribute to project with stretch in critical times of project life cycle. - Good Trouble-shooting skills in a Linux Environment and various cloud environments - Good technical understanding of SDL interfaces/concepts will be an added advantageJob Responsibilities & CompetenciesSkills Needed - Good Trouble-shooting skills in a Linux Environment - Hand on expertise in SIP, VOLTE/IMS, DRA, SCP, BSF, SEPP in 4G/5G core technologies - Testing & Automation (ROBOT, Selenium) - Scripting experience with Shell/Perl/Python - Experience working with Liunx Systems - Experience with OpenStack, VM Ware (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting) would be a PLUS - CI tools - Jenkins / Hudson - Knowledge of KAFKA, CAMEL would be plusGood to have 1. Exposure to Containers / Dockers is a BIG Plus 2. Experience working in Agile (Kanban / SAFe) WoW 3. Telecom domain know howSoft Skills - Self-starter able to make progress with minimal supervision - Good Communication and Presentation Skills - Strong Problem Solving skills - Adaptability and flexibility to work with others and contribute to project with stretch in critical times of project life cycleQualifications - Degree in BE/BTech/MTech/MCA - 6-8 Years of Experience in SW Testing
• Min 6 years of relevant R&D Development experience on Telco grade products.
• In depth and working experience with cloud-ready, cloud-native, micro services, containers architecture and DevOps.
• Strong domain experience in areas of Telco cloud Core network, Docker/Container/POD, HTTP/2, JSON, Kubernetes.
• Strong Programming Knowledge (Java, Python)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Experience in real time, high performance, multi-threaded system programming, fault tolerant systems, HA Concepts and Distributed Architecture knowledge.
• Good working experience on Linux, VMWare, OpenStack and working with CSF Assets & Blueprints like BCMT/BELK, CSF-P, CBIS, CBCS.
• Must display a high degree of willingness and ability to understand a new business domain, a new product, the product s business and technical underpinnings.
• Must display a high degree of ownership and commitment towards assigned work.
• Facilitation of open communication and discussion between stakeholders wherever required.
• Strong Project/Product Development Experience in an Agile Scrum Team
