Job Description

Role : Test ManagerJob Type : Permanent/Full timeKey Skills :Object-Oriented Design, programming concepts in Java, test automation framework, DevOps pipeline.Experience level :10+ yrsNotice period : Immediate to 30 daysLocation : Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/HyderabadResponsibilities:

  • Drives best practices in quality engineering, automation, functional verification, performance optimization initiatives
  • Cognizant of business priorities from the project plan perspective. Helps in identifying any blind-spots that may hinder teams delivery commitments
  • Works on significant assignments that are broad in scope and complexity and, cover a wide range of issues.
  • Develops full-scale test strategies and plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Provide technical leadership, career development, and management of performance, objectives, and priorities of all reporting staff - Build a high performing, results-oriented organization
  • Embraces & implements new ideas that produce outstanding results for our customers.
Skill and Experience:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or any Engineering Discipline with a minimum of 10 years of hands on experience in relevant area
  • Strong technical management experience of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products with highest quality working with reasonable overlap with client team
  • Solid experience in Object-Oriented Design and programming concepts in Java or other language
  • Experience with building/leveraging test automation framework for test script automation stitching it to DevOps pipeline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
