Job Description

    1. IT Service Delivery Manager ITIL Change Management | Bangalore
    Job Description (JD)Role: ITIL Manager Change Management Experience: 7 Years Salary: Up to 14 LPA Location: BangaloreJob Summary:We are hiring an experienced ITIL Manager with strong expertise in Change Management to lead IT Service Management processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ITIL frameworks, CAB governance, risk assessment, release coordination, and continuous service improvement.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end IT Change Management lifecycle across infrastructure and applications
    • Review, assess, approve, and track standard, normal, and emergency changes
    • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and governance reviews
    • Ensure minimal business disruption during planned changes
    • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and Operations teams
    • Maintain change calendars, risk logs, and audit documentation
    • Monitor SLA, KPI, and compliance metrics for ITSM processes
    • Drive process improvements aligned to ITIL best practices
    • Support incident, problem, release, and service continuity processes
    • Prepare management dashboards and operational reports
    Required Skills:
    • 7 years of experience in ITSM / IT Operations / Change Management
    • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and Change Management process
    • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Risk management and governance experience
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Preferred Skills:
    • ITIL Foundation / Intermediate certification
    • Experience in global delivery / enterprise environments
    • Exposure to Release Management / Problem Management
