This includes working with business analysts, technicians, and customers to design, configure, and integrate with Tivoli products to support the business needs. The ideal candidate will have 6+ year s infrastructure experience with 4+ years installing, configuring, and administering various monitoring, notification, and event management tools. Having experience in a CMMI level-3 organization is considered a plus. Position level is dependent on candidate s level of experience. Assist in the design, planning, building and troubleshooting systems such as the Tivoli monitoring suite including TEMS, ITM, and TDW. Provide crisp execution in the areas of operational support, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and patch/release management for tools. Perform system and application setup/support and maintenance in conjunction with the regular scheduled maintenance related to the use of Monitoring tools within our enterprise environment. Respond to emergency issues, root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures. Report on application performance, utilization and feature use based on requirements. Provide technical assistance to IT Operations, Helpdesk and Business Applications in order to resolve production incidents.Apply now,
