Your Responsibilities Understand the flow of online shopping in relation to product discovery and to interpret the problem statements in a logical way or to define the problem statements in easily understandable ways for actionable discourses. Drive deep dive analysis (5Y analysis) and very good with quality systems Drive RCAs with actionable and scalable preventive actions Should be able to build checklists keeping the sensitivity and impact on product in mind Should be familiar with FMEA, Stratification, Scatter diagram, Control chart, Cause- and-effect diagram (fishbone analysis) Should be familiar with quality techniques Adheres to timelines and flexible as per business requirements Excellent team player and needs to be extremely proactive Display remarkable qualities of ownership Liaison with Internal Ops team within the Voice product, Tech team and business team Reporting of key insight trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the product and tech of noteworthy story lines. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use and which not to use. Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success. Lead critical projects, work on key initiatives and help transitioning team to on-board program to compliance operation. Escalating non adherence or disciplinary issues to higher management Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma certified You should be a web-savvy/ tech savvy individual who is a take-charge team player, as well as a quick learner and you are strongly interested in interpreting the whys and hows every issue within Voice Proficiency with MS Excel, VBA, SQL and knowledge of Data Warehouse. Experience with data analysis in a variety of quantitative fields and experience building data and decision support systems Ability to think adaptively and operate quickly in a dynamic Ops environment An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, and ambiguity is the norm Strong Analytical skills has the ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusions relevant to the business problem Communication skills Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems through simple means. Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done. Knowledge related to e-commerce space in India and outside 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role Strong familiarity with the online retail space is mandatory Educational background Any Graduation from a premier Educational Institution ,
