Job description: Job Title Total Rewards Analyst India Compensation SupportManagement LevelService GroupLocationGU ScopeWork Timings 11 - AnalystCorporate Functions Global HR Service DeliveryIndia9:00 AM to 6:00 PMJob Summary The Global HR Service Delivery (India) Compensation Delivery Analyst is responsible for performing the end-to-end compensation cycle processes and supporting in issuing letters for employees, updating salary information in Workday and Processing payroll, ensure the same is reflecting in compensation statement.Key Responsibilities /Tasks Collaborate with India Total Rewards team to provide support to the HR and Leadership teams in India business entities in compensation specific inquires and requests.1. Process Responsibilities: Responsible for effective execution of all operational transactions related to compensation according to agreed SLAs which includes and not limited to communicating relevant process/procedure changes to assigned responsibilities, requirement gathering, managing data validation. Ensuring employee gets paid, gets Increment letters & get communicated as and when there are changes in salary Processing payroll inputs for actual pay-outs, Workday database updation, Compensation statement update etc. for various compensation inputs that we receive from HR & Total rewards team Validate and Ensure 100% accurate data is processed with payroll as these impacts every employee s salary directly. Ensuring 100% accurate data updated in Workday by doing monthly reconciliation & updating as when discrepancies found Co-ordinate with people advisors for incentive & onetime pay-outs. Maximize the effectiveness of the compensation process and procedures and implement systematic measures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards2. Process/Procedure Improvement: Adhere to standard internal procedures to improve the quality of services provided to the clients. Proactively propose process improvements by providing implementable solutions to manage process delivery and team dynamics. Assist in the creation/update of on-going process training materials.3. Teamwork: Share knowledge/best practices with team members relating to own specialization Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to general operations of the business.
