Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for trademark executiveRoles & Responsibilities :-The candidate will assist attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of U.S. andforeign trademarks.Will be responsible for handling all aspects of trademark applications, includingfilings with the USPTO performing preliminary trademark searches.Drafting assignment documents for recordation and meeting country specificrequirements, such as notarization and legalization of documents; drafting legalcorrespondence assisting on due diligence reviews.Should have 1 years of experience as a trademark paralegalknowledge of USPTO procedures, extensive experience in conducting trademark clearance searches and in U.S. and foreign filingsProficiency in computerized docketing systems and MS OfficeSkills:1 years experience in a business/customer focused environment.Must possess analytical problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.Strong evaluative skills, critical thinking, and good judgmentAbility to multi-task and balance priorities and shifting deadlines.Skilled and experienced in data entry work.Computer-savvy.Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook Internet).Regards,Team HR
