The Role and Accountabilities:

  • Billing activities and controls.
  • Ensure completion of billing processes as per calendar.
  • Carry-out monthly/quarterly/annual pre/post billing activities
  • Actively participate in preparation of process documentation
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to operations manager
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in telecom billing.
  • Sound experience in Kenan billing platform preferably version 4.4.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of end to end billing and financial management processes.
  • Mind-set of excellent process execution and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent team work.
  • Good knowledge of SQL query building.
  • Creative thinking skills; thinks outside the box.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively , both verbally and written engineering graduate mandatory , preferably in Electronics.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with a can do attitude.
  • Flexibility towards working hours.
