Job Description

    Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to support the smooth and completetransition without any disruptions from the platform perspective Do Provide technical support for effective transition Interact with the client team to understand the virtualizationof the platform to support transition Understand the setup BAU requirements, infrastructuresetup, network, storage etc. Highlight resource requirements, any risk issues and itsmitigation plan to the internal transition team Create the required setup to support the transition team andshare the details with the GCC/ dedicated BU team Review the KAP at the go live phase and continue to shadow tillBAU Provide value-added services & reports to the clients& internal stakeholders Document the platform requirements and the resources required tomeet the requirements as per the transition framework Ensure resolution of escalation and troubleshoot as requirement Preparing project documentation which accurately reflects thecurrent status of changes and outstanding issues w.r.t. transitionproject Update MIS, databases with detail and status of projects forClients, BU MIS, Steering Committees, and other concerned stakeholders Stakeholder Interaction Stakeholder Type Stakeholder Identification Purpose of Interaction Internal Lead Admin Transition Regular reporting & updates Central Transition Team Wipro Transition Methodology, Standards and Guidelines Business, Solution Design Team, GCPs Understanding requirements, resources etc. External Clients Understanding requirements, resources etc. Display Lists the competencies required to perform this role effectively: Functional Competencies/ Skill Transition Process Understanding of the transitionprocesses within Wipro etc. Competent Technical Knowledge Knowledge of platforms etc. Competent to Expert Competency Levels Foundation Knowledgeable about the competency requirements. Demonstrates (inparts) frequently with minimal support and guidance. Competent Consistently demonstrates the full range of the competencywithout guidance. Extends the competency to difficult and unknownsituations as well. Expert Applies the competency in all situations and is serves as a guideto others as well.
