Job Description

    Project Management: Assist project management teams in project execution and coordinate implementation activitiesKnowledge Management: Keep various trackers updated and current. Assist project teams in creating periodic reports for clients and internal teams. Participate in creation of knowledge base and use the knowledge repository created in order to promote a knowledge sharing culture and enhance self-competencyCompliance to Transition Framework and Methodology: Assist in ensuring comprehensive compliance to the transition methodology across all dimensions and process. Managing accuracy of project related data. Escalate proactively to avoid non-compliance during audits.Resource Planning & Allocation: Assist in managing indents, transfers, etc. and help manage allocationsFoster Transition Innovation & Excellence: Assist transition managers in areas where improvements could be made.Identifying Process Improvement: Identify areas of process improvement based on data inaccuracy, compliance issues, etc.Reporting & MIS: Provide inputs to the Transition lead/PMO for periodic reports and MIS for their respective track/area. Assist in gathering inputs required/documents required for analytics and audits. Communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities think on his/her feetBuilding Collaborative Partnership should be able to work with different functions/teams to extract information in timely mannerIntermediate to expert level skills on MS excel and power-pointAbility to multi-task, adapt swiftly to dynamic project situations, demands and timelinesGood understanding of Operations, Quality management and SLA frameworks Educational Qualification : Any GraduateExperience : 2 - 4 YearsShifts - General shiftLocation : Bangalore,
