Job Description

"MY RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Primary responsibility is to manage the export/ import/ domestic transportation and logistics flows in coordination with all the vendors and origin/ destination teams
  2. Ensure the correct cost and quality of deliveries from supplier to our consolidation platform/ warehouse
  3. Handle transport documentation and follow up customs clearance activities to ensure timely clearance and delivery of consignment
  4. Coordinate daily with customs broker on custom clearance process and quality control platform team for correct quality of deliveries
  5. Managing the data quality in TMS
  6. Operational flow between different systems, functionally managing different stakeholders in the value chain
  7. MIS reporting for Export/ Import Statement, Delivery performance, etc.
  8. Make sure 100% compliance of the respective scope by conducting periodic audits
  9. Finds practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality
