Job Description

With decades of industry presence, we strive for excellence in construction, customer satisfaction, and sustainable development.Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant with real estate experience to manage the organizations banking relationships, optimize cash flow, support project-level funding, and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily cash flow, fund transfers, and liquidity planning for multiple real estate projects.
    • Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements.
    • Ensure timely disbursement of funds for vendor payments, salaries, loan EMIs, and project-related expenses.
    • Handle all banking operations, including account opening/closure, loan documentation, and relationship management.
    • Coordinate with project finance teams for fund allocation based on project milestones.
    • Maintain and update loan schedules, interest computations, and repayment tracking.
    • Assist in arranging debt funding from banks/NBFCs for projects and maintaining compliance with loan covenants.
    • Support preparation of cash flow statements and treasury reports for management review.
    • Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and other statutory norms related to treasury operations.
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors for treasury-related audit requirements.
    Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of real estate project cash flows and funding structures.
    • Excellent knowledge of banking procedures, fund management, and loan documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
    • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with banks and financial institutions.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / BBA)
    • CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
    • Minimum 3 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a real estate or infrastructure company
