Basic Purpose of Job:Global Treasury (GT) is responsible for overall balance sheet management including capital, interest rate, and liquidity risk management as well as managing the company s investment portfolio and wholesale funding requirements. Global Treasury is looking for a managing director to head a function within the Global Liquidity Management department responsible for data oversight and reporting. This role will be based in India and manage an international team. The function will be responsible for production of daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc metrics, dashboards, and reporting across all liquidity purposes and disciplines, including stress testing results, liquidity position dashboards, and external reporting. In addition, due to our reporting s dependency on data accuracy, the function will also be responsible for monitoring data quality, executing reconciliations, identifying data trends, and resolving data issues.Responsibilities & Tasks Include:The function will work closely with business units and technology partners including business solutions support as well as information technology. This individual will also chair a Data Oversight Committee, and present regular updates on key data metrics and quality to senior management committees.Position Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly production responsibilities, across Liquidity ManagementEnsure SLAs are met with respect to reporting deadlines and other related requirementsWork with business partners and key stakeholders to make changes to information and reports according to evolving business needsChair and manage the agenda for the Data Oversight CommitteeCreate new processes to develop, track, investigate, and report out on relevant data quality KPIsManage a team of ~10 individualsJob Requirements:Education and Experience:BS/BA (Finance/Accounting preferred)At least 10 years of experience in financial services; prior experience in a Treasury liquidity function is strongly preferredSkills/ Knowledge:Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skillsAbility to effectively manage senior stakeholders, including both internal management and regulatorsProven ability to manage through complex and cross-functional projects, with a strengthen in influencing othersHighly analytical individual who is able to fully understand and own data quality end to end for Global Liquidity ManagementExperience at other institutions who have stood up similar practices, and who is able to bring industry best practices to the roleAbility to multi-task, manage priorities, work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meet deadlines in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment, as well as overseeing and supporting multiple direct reports in doing sameExperience in Global Treasury functionExperience with data, systems, and technologyAbility to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing demandsExperience managing teams, in different regions and time zones,
