Job Description

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Turbonomic Brand Sales Specialist will be directly responsible for driving client-facing sales and client engagement activities to accelerate the adoption and deployment of Turbonomic (ARM and/or NPM) offerings for their assigned territory/accounts. Specific responsibilities include:Generate demand, qualify and progress client opportunities, and negotiate pricing and contractsServe as the Turbonomic sales expert to drive the strategy, sale, and closure of Turbonomic offerings and use casesDevelop and maintain relationships with the highest levels of customer management across executive, line of business, and ITMaintain and orchestrate account specific plans and strategiesWork with prospects and customers to prove the value of the Turbonomic solutions and its relation to the AIOps set of technologiesAchieve assigned revenue and signings goals for Turbonomic products for assigned territory/accountsProvide timely and accurate pipeline and forecast updatesWork collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment across IBMMaintain contemporary technology skills and offering knowledge in relation to application resource management and/or network performance management and adjacent technologiesTechnology_APAC #ISAC&CSALES2021Turbo_APACPosting CountryIndiaState / ProvinceMULTIPLECity / Township / VillageMULTIPLE CITIESTravel Required:Up to 50% or 3 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)Position TypeProfessionalRequired EducationBachelors DegreeRequired Technical and Professional Expertise7+ years selling enterprise software solutionsProven track record of consistently achieving quota as a sellerDemonstrated understanding of technical concepts regarding applications, infrastructure, cloud, data center and virtualization and how they solve customer painsExceptional communication, presentation and consultative skillsAbility to map an organization from C-level to data centerExceptional communication, presentation and consultative skillsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceKnowledge of adjacent IBM technologies including IBM CloudPak for Watson AIOps
