UI Designer IT Responsibilities & Duties Contributes in all phases of propertyconekt projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test) . Design Focus: create design deliverables on assigned projects (i. e. comps, style guides, branding and creative briefs) . Familiarity with and ability to contribute to delivery of IA-focused deliverables in projects, (visual designs, information architecture, taxonomy, content structures) . Contributes to the brand development of propertyconekt, customer awareness of XD products and services, develops customer case studies and represents Magicbricks in community and at professional events. Sets objectives and leads the delivery of projects or work efforts that have a direct effect on business results within a functional or operational area. Provides expert advice, guidance and recommendations to team members to resolve business issues. Responsible for delivering assigned outcomes with high business impact; accountable for day to day outputs and quality performance of a team. Provides coaching and career guidance to junior team members. Desired Skills Functional knowledge of and thought leader in the following tools: Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of UI design for Mobile platform is must. (iOS, Android, windows, Blackberry) . Trained and experienced in fundamentals of digital design. Training/ Experience in user experience processes such as heuristic evaluations and usability testing. Knowledge of the web development process for medium to large-scale enterprise projects. Ability to and experience with designing for multiple devices, such as mobile, tablet and other NUIs. Ability to and experience with designing interactions within an application from a user-focused perspective. Experience contributing to web development projects. Expert knowledge of offerings within ones area of specialization and general understanding of other offerings. Contributes to building property conekt solutions. Scope of Work: Determines critical success factors for solution, and balances customer expectations within project constraints to ensure success. Provides expert advice, guidance and recommendations to resolve business issues. Key customer advocate, interfaces with all levels across the customer organization, from end users to executive management. Provides insight to strategic technology planning, business case develop, business process improvement, portfolio. Creates and delegates design-focused deliverables on projects. Facilitates and conducts peer design reviews. Accountability & Metrics Sets objectives and leads the delivery of projects or work efforts that have a direct effect on business results within a functional or operational area. Responsible for delivering assigned outcomes with high business impact; accountable for day to day outputs and quality performance of self and team.
