Job Description

Our company ensures IT professionals, business users and decision makers have the knowledge they need to drive an enterprise effectively.Position: UI DesignersPosition Summary:Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. The UI Developer/UI Designer should be able to design website using front-end technologies by understand business requirements. Should have strong coding skills and be well-versed in current web standards, including best practices for usability and accessibility. Both areas require a good eye for design and close attention to details. UI Developer/UI Designer should be comfortable working across the adobe photoshop, Illustrator and front-end technologies.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and define designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Any Graduate - Any Specialization
  • Proven work experience as a UI Developer/UI Designer
  • Experience designing interactive with web applications
  • Ability to develop Website using front-end technologies
  • Must have strong hands on experience on:
  1. HTML5
  2. CSS
  3. Bootstrap3
  4. Java Script
  5. Jquery
  • Must have very good skills to handling the cross-browser compatibility issues such as IE 6+, Firefox Mozila, Google Chrome, Safari etc.
  • Must have skills to design low fidelity prototype(wireframes) and high-fidelity prototypes (visual designs)
  • Must have very good work experience on web tools, for an example adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver etc.
