  • Independently contribute to wireframe, design & development of UI solutions
  • Collaborate with BA/UX team in common controls developments, prototyping
  • Improve code quality statistics, participate/drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt
  • Specifying the UI specific use cases
  • Study existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to drive up efficiencies
  • Collaborate with teams globally to deliver, present ideas and innovate
  • Model behaviours that facilitate Agile delivery
  • Exhibit passion for client experience with a user-first mindset
Our Ideal CandidateStrongly Desired competencies:
  • Strong programming and hands-on skills in Java, EmberJS/AngularJS/Advance JavaScripting
  • Strong in UI development using ReactJS/ReactNative/Redux javascript frameworks
  • Good fundamental skills on Unit testing and code coverage
  • Development experience in Java
  • Good knowledge in open source frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Aspects and Apache Libraries (Camel/ActiveMQ/Commons)
  • Good knowledge in dependency injections
  • Understanding on tools like Jenkins/Go-CD, Git/Stash, JIRA, Maven, NodeJS
  • Application performance tuning, application performance analysis and tuning, analysing performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix environments
  • Experience with automated unit testing
Preferred competencies:
  • Hands-on skills in J2EE specifications like JAX-RS, JAX-WS
  • Hands on in developing mobile applications using either iOS-Native or React-Native
  • Mobile Apps development skill would be added advantage
  • Hands-on knowledge in application servers/containers like JBoss Fuse/WebSphere/Weblogic
  • Oracle or SQL Server PL/SQL development and designing data model.
  • DevOps Tools and CI/CD Processes Jenkins, Git, GitFlow, Jira, BitBucket etc.
  • Understanding of continuous build concept and usage with maven, sonarqube or other related tools
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Good to have experience in containerization technologies - Docker, Kubernetes
