Job Description

    The UI/ UX Designer will have to work on building Web/Mobile applications for B2B/ B2C segments. This is an individual contributor role.Key Responsibilities Areas:Gather User Insights: Being on top of the trends and patterns in User experience and specifically in the product domains that you will be working on Conducting unbiased Usability Research to validate UX architecture Seek and Analyse data to understand behaviour and inform UX designs Craft unbiased and relevant surveys and analyse feedback from customersArchitect User Experiences: Analysis Requirements and User Stories Defining features based on UX Developing UX Frameworks to build consistency Illustrating Details user flow that support the product through its entire life cycle Testing and Validation: Building Usability prototype and validating approaches prior to development Conduct usability tests at various stages of the products lifecycle Comprehensive Reference Designs && Guidelines for UI development UX Issues tracking and Resolution after product is live Skills &&Competencies: Required Functional Skills: Experience in understanding high level business goals and translating them into User Flows, Wireframes, UX prototypes Experience in designing for the Indian market Expert knowledge of latest Android and iOS platform issues Strong visual design sense and keen eye for detail Portfolio of UX design work across multiple platforms demonstrating classical and up to date trends and aesthetics Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills Strong work ethic and even better sense of humour Experienced in agile workflowsPreferred Functional Skills: Experience designing for wearable devices. Experience designing for Automotive products (software and/or hardware) Experience in recruiting and managing 3rd party vendorsBehavioural Skills:Influencing skills, Interpersonal skills, Customer insight, Embrace ambiguity, ResilienceProfessional Qualification: Min 3 years as UX Designer/Architect 3-6 years of experience in Mobile App UX Architecture or Web Frontend UX Architecture Formal training in Design, HCI, CS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Proficient in using Mind mapping, Prototyping, Visual Design and collaborations toolsEducational Qualification: Must have completed Bachelor of Design (B.Des.), specialization in Graphic Design or Master of Design (M.Des.), specialization in Interaction Design
