Whether it s our Engineering teams that need a test environment or our software running in production, we are seeking skilled systems management professionals ready for the challenge.Your Role and Responsibilities As Application Developer, you are responsible for creating new applications using microservices to expand our capabilities to meet the ever-changing landscape of cloud technologies that our customers use across all the major clouds as well as on-premise. Our Team is diverse and distributed across the world, and collaborates on daily basis Development background with the ability to understand complex UI/UX challenges and design solutions to them Responsibilities:

  • Understand product specifications (chatbots and conversational systems) and user psychology
  • Understand customer requirements and design the representations Good Technical background
  • Create personas through user research and data
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs and technology used.
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  • Demonstrate expertise in writing conversations, conversation flows
  • Work with UI developers to implement attractive designs
  • Demonstrate proven designing skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Application Development
  • Minimum 4+ years with AngularJs, EmberJs or Nodejs
  • Expertise in HTML5, Python/PHP, Chef, Git, Jira, Docker
  • Working experience in any of the database PostGreSQL, DB2, MySQL, Cloudant, NoSQL and expertise in Load Balancing, HA on operating system - RedHat/SuSE, or Windows
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Docket or K8s
  • In-depth experience in developing UIs for microservices
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Proficient to keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
  • Prior background in project management and research
  • Proven team player with ability to work independently
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Ability to work in a distributed team throughout the world
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
