Develop forecasting models using Holt-winter, ARMA, SARIMA, ARIMAX and other techniques. Implement and validate models to improve forecasting accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting methodology. Stay up to date with industry trends in load and generation forecasting. Professional Qualifications: Strong knowledge of load and generation research and forecasting techniques. Hands-on experience in using Holt-winter, ARMA, SARIMA, ARIMAX and other models. Familiarity with random forest, box plot, and KAE and other ML techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with big data, predictive analytics, machine learning, and cloud-based analytics. Preferred experience in consulting and working with C-level executives. Experience in the utilities industry is required. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in load and generation forecasting and research. Certifications: Relevant certifications in forecasting, energy management, or electrical engineering is a plus.
