Job Description

Roles and responsiblities:-Execute, Service and monitor overall administration and efficient daily operations of a full service branch office; including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the Banks objectives. Position Responsibilities Principal Accountabilities Be the face of the bank in the given geography for all segments Be able to Drive Team and Business in the Market Be able to present. be articulate and manage senior profiles and dignitaries Achievement of incremental number and value targets for Liabilities (CA, SA, NR, FD); and Fee Products revenue from Trade /FX and third party product (MF, LI, GI,& other fee products), Wealth Management Prepare and monitor Sales plan for the branch Build a healthy liability and business banking book. Increase market share in the catchment area Sales & Business Development Sales Planning : Prepare and track product wise - liabilities, fee AOP for the full financial year. Commerce and catchment mapping Prepare and review monthly activity calendar of outbound activities of BSM / JO Roll out MOP for outbound and inbound sales on 1 st of every month followed by weekly and monthly reviews. Review all employees in branch quarterly. Review productivity of RMPAs/ BOMs/ BBs/PBCS on a weekly basis. Present, self and team as Face of the Bank, with Good command on English and being WELL Groomed. Review and handhold BOMs & PBCSs on a daily basis and Sales Team on a weekly basis Conduct Daily Morning Huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees. Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired. Sale of 3 products per customer within 90 days of account opening. Track inflow outflow reports, account closures, FD renewals, FD closures, overdue FD, locker occupancy, Sales and thus daily business generation Maintain quality of customer acquisition through sourcing mix and on-boarding process. Monitoring DSRs on a regular basis. Lead management proper assignment and closure of leads. Tapping markets or customer segments within the catchment of the branch, which are hitherto untapped, to increase the GL Base of the branch. Customer Service Manage Key Bank Relationships across all segments Acquire New Profitable Relationships and build a Robust Business Ensure Superior Customer Services Achievement of branch Customer Service Scores target Nil Critical Requests at branch Nil Escalations at branch and complaint handling Capability Building & Manpower Management Team Building Training and Development Manpower Planning Other Responsibilities Implement centrally-originated projects on customer service, automation, processes and compliance in the branch Monitor specialized desks at branches Follow up on legal cases pertaining to branch Business continuity planning for the branch Contribute to employee morale and plug employee turnover Performance Indicator Retail P&L Net interest Income:Percentage achievement against target Fee Income: Percentage achievement against target. We may need to include cross sell somewhere GL Size of branches: Responsible for overall book growth in all the vectors. P&L Management and Business Target Achievement with CASA Client Services: Ensure Best in class Service Standards at the Branch for both Internal and External stakeholders. Ensure that the Service Metrics are met. Operations and Compliance: Ensuring the operations and customer service staff is trained well of the policy and processed well. Also ensure that they are updated of the changes from time to time. 2. The (first time right) FTR % is as per the banks defined norms and track it diligently. 3. Keeping yourself updated on the service and operations process and doing checks on the processes being followed are branch periodically. 4. Ensuring satisfactory audit and audit rating for the branch.5. Ensure 100% compliance to the regulatory requirements; Improve Operational Efficiency.IN ORDER TO comply with all audit requirements People Management: Selection of right candidates, Hold daily huddle meetings with team to share organizational updates, functional priorities, performance updates, resolve issues, etc.; Motivate/inspire teams to improve productivity, drive engagement in the team, and build a culture of high performance and meritocracy by recommending promotions for right candidates, and implementing an effective, fair and transparent talent management system; Guide the team on identification of right customers; update the team on latest process changes / new products; train the team on pitching of products as per target segment; coach the team on career progression.
