If you re a hands-on technologist who wants to make an impact, come join us!Role:The Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating and prioritizing various activities for standard IT metric development and publication. This role will ensure that the metric requirements from the process teams, service level management and operation teams are evaluated for implementation. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Data Analysts for the design and development of those metrics. At times, the Business Analyst will design, implement and test the standard IT metrics. The candidate is the end to end accountable that actionable solutions are delivered to stakeholders. Candidate will also work closely with the IT Internal Tools team to coordinate development activities where there are cross-dependencies.Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for documenting KPI and operational metric requirements working closely with process owners and the development team.
• Project manages the delivery of reporting solutions from request to solution operation.
• Assumes a leadership role in ensuring the requirements are clear and the solution provides actionable information.
• Works with the team to reviews the requirements, architecture, high level / low level designs, interface specifications for the reporting environment
• Participate in reviews of the data models, relevant data structures and attributes that will be implemented in the applicable tools and data repositories
• Review report designs and implemented reports to ensure that they align with the overall reporting architecture
• Document designs for selected operational reports, as required
• Develop and test selected operational metrics, as required
• Work in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve the reporting environment
• Follow agile and/or PM practices. Reports the progress of Sprints
Key Competencies:Technical Competencies:
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI or other data reporting tools
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with data warehouse and database technologies
• Working understanding and hands-on experience with data modeling
• Familiarity with data mining / business intelligence solutions, preferred
• Hands-on experience with application development lifecycle processes (Agile, Waterfall, Spiral)
• Practical experience with ServiceNow and Azure, preferred
• Practical knowledge and experience with ITIL processes

• Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision
• Effective problem solver and ability to drive multiple projects.
• Able to work in a matrixed organization with people distributed globally
• Exceptional planning and coordination skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
• Experience Range: 5-10 Years
• At least 5 years of experience in report development
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
• ITIL V3 foundation certification
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Certification in Microsoft Power BI or one or more business intelligence tools
• Six Sigma
• PMI Certification
