Urgent hiring for Retail ExecutiveJob DescriptionMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Execute business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilitySales Target achievement month on month.Manage the store staff and improve productivity of the team.Manage Store operations and responsible for maintaining the porfitability of the store.Drive store engagement actvitiesResponsible for bringing more footfalls to the store.Store Cost Optimization.Train Staff on best practices in retail.Manage MIS and reporting

Experience required: 7+ years of work experience in Retail in brick and mortar.,Experience in managing a team , Knowledge of Merchandising
