• Working Hours Availability: 2 PM to 10 PM (IST) on Weekdays
• Location: Bangalore (Currently remote)

The Lead Data Analyst will report to Senior Analyst, Global Sales Operations. This individual will perform a variety of Data Analysis activities, particularly from the perspective of an in-depth understanding of the business data & analytical needs, translating the requirements into data asks, & data asks into information using SQL (Postgre) & Power BI.Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4-8 years of progressive professional experience

Must skills

• Top-notch SQL, Statistical/Window Functions, Complex Data Types, PL/pgSQL
• Power BI (proficient in DAX, M)

Preferred skills

• Salesforce, HubSpot (or other CRM tools)
• Python, R
• Experience leading teams
• Experience organizing & working with analytics user groups
• Superb communication skills
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders
• Experience obtaining strategic & detailed analytics requirements
• Excellent data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping & gap analysis)
• Dimensional modeling
• Expert data modeling
• Very comfortable with relational technology
• Comfortable with one or more database engines
• Excellent experience across relevant data technologies, visualization patterns & tools
• Highly proficient or expert in one or more visualization tools, preferably Power BI.

• Analyze complex data sets in depth for discovery purposes, issues & trends/patterns. Make independent/educated judgments & recommendations regarding appropriate solutions
• Monitor the daily running of the production data visualization, particularly with respect to consistency, correctness, & ease of use. Manage data-related interventions through to resolution
• Create & maintain various data products, including delivery via visualization tools dashboards, reports, ad hoc data analysis, spreadsheets, graphs
• Assist in team planning & assist in the wider teams Change Management to enable change projects & business requests
