Job Description

    Urgent Opening for AM-Customer Experience Design with leading E commerce company in BangaloreAssistant Manager- CX Design
    • Define and execute the long term strategy & roadmap for the CX Design function
    • Continuously benchmark with like-to-like industry competitors (India/Global, Offline/Online) and Deliver best-in-class experiences
    • Be the Voice of Customers within the organization and business lines
    • Guardrail customer experience through customer-centric decision making, policies, and processes
    • Demonstrate a good understanding of business objectives, align effort and get buy-in from
    stakeholders to propagate a customer-centric culture within their teams
    • Drive critical org-wide OKRs which have a direct bearing on the Customer experience outcomes
    • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams within the org, manage diverse efforts, leverage the teams for synergies, and deliver great customer outcomes
    Competencies critical for this role
    • Drive and Lead Customer Journey improvement projects within CX
    • Design Processes which are Customer-Centric, Scalable and aligned to Business Strategy
    • Analyze data, existing processes and collate feedback to identify Customer Experience improvement
    • Interact with Product Teams/Stakeholders to implement enhancements
    • Create BRDs, SOPs, etc
    • Manage governance framework within CX measure the success/failure of the process and drive sustained improvement
    • Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management - Act as a liaison between various
    stakeholders of Customer Experience function AND multiple LOBs/ partners in the Eco System
    • Should be able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
