Job Description

Direct Sales- Attending Walk ins and Closing the deals with the help of site head- Strong follow up with customers to close the sales.- Delivering the collection target on monthly basis- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to develop strong relationships with clients- Representing the company at Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Property Expos.- Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, studying the trends and awareness of new policies pertaining to real estate/construction- Maintain frequent reviews and reports of the meeting with Site/sales head.Required Candidate profile

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Relevant experience of at least 1 year (preferably from real estate)
  • Working on Holidays and Sundays (Weekly off will be on weekdays) Details Required:
