Job Position: - New Product Development - Deputy Manager Qualification: - BE, MBA Experience: - 4 to 5 years of experience in new product development Salary: - 18 Lakhs per annum (Which includes 10 % Variable) Location: - Bangalore. Look for Candidates on below parameters:- Lead product development initiatives of the company across Water Heater and Water Treatment categories. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:- 1. Develop and own the 2 year product roadmap 2. Adherence to gate milestones 3. Finalize product claims and ratification of all claims 4. Business case delivery of all new products 5. Maintain healthy contribution of new products to overall sales Desired characteristics: 1. Experience in new product development (esp. of consumer durables) 2. Experience in consumer marketing 3.
