Job Description

    Urgent Opening for Senior Manager-Business Development with a leading E-Commerce industry in BangaloreEducational Qualification: MBA from Tier 1(2017-2018 batch).Job DescriptionPosition: Senior Manager, Business Development, Co-brand Credit CardWork Experience: 6-8 years work experienceKey Responsibilities:
    • Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive activation
    • Increase Spends/ANR and manage attrition of cards
    • Conduct regular portfolio analysis for the co-brand card to identify profitable customer segments
    • As an alliances SPOC, liaise with preferred partners on the co-brand card program to drive business objectives - deepening relationship, integrated marketing for the co-brand card, driving awareness for the card and its proposition
    • Craft the alliances strategy in-line with co-brand cards overall agenda including - pitch and sign new partners for the program, designing and executing spend promotions and forge partnerships to drive experiential benefits for the co-brand card holders
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to leverage the spend activity during festive season by signing exclusive deals with merchants across categories
    • Liaise with internal teams Merch/ Category/ Analytics/ Marketing/ Business Finance and more
    • Keep abreast of the competition alliances offers in the industry
    Skills:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of credit services and the environment conditions in areas where the bank does business
    • Understanding of the revenue and credit risk models to identify right target segment and profitability
    • Ability to work and establish credibility with multiple stakeholders (internal as well as external)
    • Excellent strategic thinking skills, result oriented and familiar with digital and social marketing concepts
    • Developing commercial proposals and understanding of developing win-win alliances; Commercial and negotiation skills to be able to extract the best deal
    • Should be driven and self-motivated and ability to work independently (given the current remote working conditions)
