Job Description

    -The ServiceNow CSM Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance customer service operations.This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, customize the platform, and ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practices.Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: o Develop and configure the ServiceNow CSM application, including workflows, UI, and integrations in DTICI platform.o Create and maintain Service Catalog items, custom applications, and customizations in the ServiceNow CSM module. o Implement and manage ServiceNow modules and custom applications, focusing on CSM and adhering to DTICI platform rules.Requirement Gathering and Analysis: o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. o Collaborate with Vendors outside Daimler truck to perform the necessary activities on CSM. o Conduct requirement analysis and provide appropriate solutions. Implementation and Customization: o Customize the ServiceNow CSM module to meet business requirements. o Develop complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Testing and Quality Assurance: o Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CSM implementations. Maintenance and Support: o Any administration activities if requested based on the roles defined by the DTIICI platform. New plugins on Gen AI needs exploration for customizing knowledge management. Qualifications: Education: o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: o 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on the CSM module. o Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and working with APIs.
