Job Description

Dear All,Greets from Mahendra Homes Pvt Ltd,Kindly Find the below JD and share me your Updated Profiles.Details Required:Total EXP:Relevant EXP (Real Estate):CCTC:ECTC:Notice Period:Interview Date:Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meeting plant operations and taking feed back
  • Daily interaction with QC & ensuring cube test results
  • Ensuring Cement Scale Check (weekly) Aggregate weighment scale check (once in fortnight)
  • Implementation Daily production report, Daily stock report and Delivery docket (customer acknowledged) reaching accounts
  • Checking discrepancy with quantity supplied against customer acknowledgement
  • Checking missing Delivery dockets and getting first hand information on delay of invoice
  • Ensuring and getting information from accounts on submission of invoices with acknowledgement
  • Ensuring forecast for allocation of funds for major vendors Cement, GGBS etc.,
  • Ensuring proper allocation of funds for statutory like advance taxes, GST etc.,in co-ordination with accounts
  • Ensuring daily plant visits interacting with Batcher, QC, Site supervisors
  • Establishing right information source at all plant level and getting first hand information on cancellation of schedules, breakdown of transit mixers, breakdown of pump and break down plant
  • Discussing with plant operations people and keeping stock of critical spares of Batching plant
  • Review of R&M plan for the month with Vehicles In-charge
  • Converting break downs to preventive maintenance plan
  • Ensuring of getting report on Diesel Consumption, plant maintenance, concrete pump maintenance
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of cement provided by customers (SALARPURIA SATTVA & BLK) Plant-5 Kanakapura Road and BLK-EMBASSY Marthahalli Ring Road
  • Monthly review of MIS with operations, technical and sales team
  • Ensuring sales team quotes as per the present price structure arrived
  • Ensuring customer mail communication from accounts quotes
  • Ensuring accounts receives revised PO copy as & when the price changes
