Job Description

    Job Title : Business AnalystJob Location : BangloreSalary : 8 lpa - 12 lpaJob Type : full TimeWork Time : Day ShiftFunctional - Need 6 years Exp- Understand stakeholder needs and translate into digital solutions via Salesforce features.- Work with stakeholders to identify, validate, and document business objectives through workshops, requirement elicitation and domain research.- Align requirements to features within the Salesforce platform in capability matrix.- Conduct Discovery and Design sessions with stakeholders- Breaking down features into Epics and User Stories.- Interpret business requirements to identify technology and operational implications.- Provide best practice knowledge on business processes related to Salesforce.- Review, develop and execute plans to address user requirements, increase adoption and engagement on the Salesforce platform.- Create business process flows, use cases & personas, user stories, and test cases.- Experience in the banking and insurance domain will be an added advantage. Technical- Hands-on experience on Salesforce data model and relationships.- Hands on experience on configuration-based changes and automation eg Flow , Approval Process etc.- Understand the security and access management in salesforce through profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy and OWD.- Data upload in Salesforce through data loader and data import wizard. - Experienceon building reports and dashboards in salesforce.- Experience with waterfall, agile, or hybrid-agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA.- Experience on Financial Services Clouds- data model and features will be an added advantage
