  • IT Skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Client Acquisitions
  • Set Target for team, decide strategies to achieve this target and divide it into every individual.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the target sales: individual & group.
  • Make 300 calls per week minimum as well as ensure & supervise calling from all team members.
  • Handle walk-ins and other type of inquiries and convert them.
  • Follow up with assigned clients on a regular basis, get feedback & ask for referrals.
  • Strategize different offers and ideas for special days like womens day, Holi, Diwali etc.
  • Lead Generation through referrals from members & events minimum 10 referrals per person per week.
  • Daily sales report updates.
  • Generating income from all sources- nutrition, gym sales, physiotherapy, mental coaching, workshops, spa and PT.
  • Keep a routine check on sales target via reviews and monitoring.
  • Training and mentoring of team members.
  • Conduct all the formalities at the time of enrollment (KYC & Biometrics)
  • Give all the details regarding membership and rules and regulation to the member.
  • Take feedback in first 45 days and after every 3 months.
  • Solve members quires and doubts if they have any.
  • Provide bills and receipts as soon as the enrollment process is done.
  • Make calls and massages regarding any changes or addition in services/ polices.
  • Maintain a professional relation with each and every member.
  • Send members seasonal greetings (Birthday, Festivals, Anniversary).
  • Inform every member about the events and offers.
Code of Conduct
  • Maintain strict discipline in the sales team in terms of work done, attendance, attire & communication.
  • Ensure the ABC of sales is being followed by each and every team member.
  • Use professional language when engaging with each other & clients.
  • Maintaining harmony among the team members.
  • Ensuring just distribution of work, conducting sales recalls and uplifting other team members.
  • Ensuring safety of data
  • Updating Fitness Force with all daily work done
