    • Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims.
    • Update and maintain accurate call logs, claim notes, and resolution details in the system.
    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to productivity and quality.
    Requirements
    • Experience: 6 months 4 years in AR Calling / Medical Billing / RCM / Denial Management.
    • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Willing to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
    • Knowledge of US healthcare processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims workflow preferred.
