    • Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims.
    • Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and billing issues.
    • Accurately document call details, claim updates, and resolutions in the system.
    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
    Requirements
    • Experience: 6 months to 4 years in AR Calling / Medical Billing / RCM.
    • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
    • Knowledge of US healthcare terminology, medical billing, and RCM processes preferred.
