Job Description

    We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for the US Mortgage Pre-Closing process. If you have hands-on experience in loan processing and mortgage operations, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team.Role Details:
    • Experience: 2 to 5 years
    • CTC: 1 LPA 4.5 LPA
    • Notice Period: 0 to 15 days (including serving notice)
    • Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Bangalore only
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle US mortgage pre-closing processes with accuracy and efficiency
    • Review loan documentation for loan processing, loan origination, and closing
    • Prepare and validate Closing Disclosure (CD), Initial Closing Disclosure (ICD), Loan Estimate (LE)
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan closings
    • Ensure compliance with conventional loan regulations and company standards
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in US mortgage, pre-closing, and post-closing processes
    • Strong understanding of mortgage documentation and loan compliance
