Job Description

Process Lead who has extensive experience in US Title Search/Exam processes. Theposition requires process management as well as people management experience.Candidate should have excellent communication skills and expected to have priorexperience in direct communication with onshore clients.Job Roles and Responsibilities: Manage a team of title searchers and title examiners. Prior team handlingexperience is a must Mentor and train the team members to enhance the performance and quality ofthe team Ensure the productivity of the team members daily and introduce/managecontrols to provide high quality deliverables Client managementManage process complianceQualification & Experience Graduate with minimum 3 years experience in US Title Search / Examiningindustry with at least 2 years in the designation of Team Lead or Assistant ManagerExpertise in Title Search/exam, title policies and title curative procedures. Well-versed with state-wise title search proceduresTeam management and process management experience is a must Ability to act quickly, think critically and work well as part of a growing team in afast-paced environment. Flexible to work in night shifts
