Education Qualifications:1. HSC Mandatory2. Any graduationAdditional Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in mortgage industry2. Willingness to work in Night Shifts based on Client requirement3. Willingness to work on weekends based on client requirementKnowledge, Skills & Ability:1. Knowledge of Loan Origination Cycle- Loan Application, Origination, Due Diligence, Pre Purchase Review or underwriting process2. Knowledge of different types of mortgage and its functioning and ability to read various documents involved in Closing, Funding and Underwriting3. Basic knowledge of Federal laws, necessity of RESPA and various laws in different parts of US related to mortgage4. Experience with reporting and analysis5. Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stake holders6. Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation7. Should be able to effectively use a computer8. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentResponsibilities :1. Identify the minimum quality requirements for respective process2. Perform production as per the agreed Quality check parameters requirements3. Work as an individual contributor with minimum support from Management4. Be proactive to take new initiative and drive it to completion5. Track and maintain feedback received from internal and external customers6. Identify process improvements and automations7.
