Be involved in the design of responsive web/mobile/tablet applications and dashboardswork with UX designers to design innovate user interaction concepts based on the understanding of personas, users behaviors and design patternsProduce sketches and UI guidelines for both wed, mobile & tablet productsCapture and articulate specific design interactions to developersWork in an agile environmentChampion and maintain brand guidelines translating to digital mediumProduce high fidelity designs using HTML, CSSOur Ideal CandidateAt least 8+ Years of experience in Interface Design, Interaction Design, Visual DesignA strong portfolio or work samples showcasing UX prowess, creativity, and depth of thoughtExtensive experience designing Web and mobile applicationsA clean design aesthetic; an aptitude and honed intuition for tasteful designs that are visually engagingWorking knowledge on Agile Methodologies involving complete JIRA processes in design and developments.A general knowledge of how design impacts engineering and vice versaGood communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organizationWorking knowledge of technology mediums, including a combination of Web 2.0, CSS3, HTML5, mobile OS, etc., including an awareness of the relative strengths and weaknesses of eachAwareness of adaptive and responsive techniques (preferably hand on design)Proven ability to work hand in hand with development teams to deliver the best design solutions based on technology and timeline constraintsDeep experience with broad range of UX design and implementation tools (Sketch, Adobe CS, Invision, Axure, Zeplin, Omnigraffle etc)Able to operate in self directed capacity with minimal oversightExperienced in web based application design in financial services, online payments, or e commerce is a plus,
