Bring us your challenges and E2open will deliver betteroutcomes.Job SummaryE2open is seeking a mid-level user-experience designer responsible for conceiving and conducting userresearch, interviews and surveys, and translating them into personas, use scenarios, wireframes andprototypes. You will also contribute to and maintain our enterprise design system and ensure consistentapplication of established design patterns. In this role you would collaborate with a globally distributedteam of product designers.Responsibilities- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to the discoverable and learnable userexperiences.- Facilitate E2open s product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, wireframing, andprototyping user experiences for our industry-leading SaaS offerings.- Design and deliver use scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, and mockups optimized for a widerange of devices and interfaces.- Identify design and usability problems and devise elegant solutions.- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions andfeatures.- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.- Take smart risks and champion new ideas.Requirements- Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who haveexperience designing complex solutions for enterprise software.- Firm understanding of interaction design, and experience applying it to deliver delightful userexperiences within cloud based web applications.- Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, ProtoPie and the like is a must.Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus but not required.- Ability to work with customers, and product managers to understand detailed requirements anddesign complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision.- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.- Some experience designing for native mobile apps is a plus.- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, with a focus on usability andaccessibility.- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to internalteams and our customers.- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via adistributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.- Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research andshowcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.- An understanding of supply chain and channel data management a plus.,
