Job Description

The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment for Amazon.com. This position requires strong intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, acute attention to detail and web expertise. The ability to manage multiple projects and large volume is essential. Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.Responsibilities

  • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)Designing strongly branded promotional graphics
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools
  • Developing clean and effective graphic templates and style guides
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis for design performance
  • Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
  • Acting as design liaison between design and retail category business teams
, BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Online Portfolio is a must.
  • 5+ year experience in a web production environment
  • BA/BS in Design or equivalent
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc
  • Great compositional and typographical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor of Applied Art or Any Graphic design Degree or Diploma from reputed organization.
  • Graduation a must.
