Greetings, We have Immediate Requirement for our MNC Client for Aftermarket Helpdesk Coordinator((Construction equipment industry) for Hosur Location, Title: Aftermarket Helpdesk Coordinator Location: Hosur Roles & Responsibilities: -Work closely with Engineering, Quality, ME, and Procurement team to ensure timely resolution of customer and dealer concerns, communicate with dealers and end customers on campaigns and engineering change implementation. Ensure Correct part numbers relevant to machines are identified. Correction of parts manuals and Standard Operating Procedures to be up to date for field services Work closely with Service and Sales Managers as a team and: Assist Service Manager for arranging correct parts for machines. Two way communication between field engineers and Tech Pub/Engineering for product improvement. 3 years experience on crushing and screening equipment either with manufacturer or end customer on operations. Crushing experience with back ground Engineering Qualification. Worked on Service Helpdesk with other Construction equipment manufacturers preferably mobile tracked equipment. Positive individual with leadership and motivational skills Interpersonal skills to liaise with dealers and customers to obtain feedback. Familiarity with, ability to, and willingness to, work safely on-site in industrial crushing and screening settings, on and around crushing and screening equipment.
