Position: Senior Manager/Service Delivery Manager-Medical CodingLocation BangaloreEnsure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA / HITECH /ISO).Timely intervention to improve quality.Proficient in preparing Day-to-Day report, Week end report, month end report, coding profile Report, Daily quality report, and monthly quality report.Manage the delivery of services and P&LProduction planning monthly, weekly and daily queue management, movement of resource on need basis.Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction LevelTaking actions based on feedback from Clients satisfaction surveyReviewing the Trend on weekly basis and analyzing the reasons if there is any deviationClosely work with the billing team for clearing the edits and addressing the denial accountsManage the overall performance management of the teamJob Specification:Should have multi speciality coding experience with educational qualification of MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS being mandatory.Knowledge in CDI will be an added advantageMedical coding certification through either AAPC or AHIMA: CPC/COC/CIC/CCS.Strong understanding of healthcare principles and concepts.Job Type:Full TimeJob Location:Bangalore
