You will continuously learn on the customer usecases maintain and enhance deep technical skills and knowledge keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights and share within the technical community to develop world class Platform solutions This position requires indepth Platform Solutions knowledge and strong team and project leadership skills The ideal candidate should have worked as a team lead or manager with excellent interpersonal skills and also have experience in development cycle of networking related products and FPGA or ASIC silicon based productsQualificationsBS/MS plus 10 years of experience in technical and managerial roles of Platform level validation or Platform SWFW development integration in the areas of Networking data acceleration. Servers CPU andor chipset validation Minimum 5 years of experience in validation for high complexity tock type projects is required Knowledge on Platform Solution architectures covering requirements specification HW SW stack components ingredients system flows and use cases are preferred Need ability to translate use cases and product requirements to detailed validation strategy and plans that guarantees product functionality and performance Strong understanding of board management interfaces PCIe Ethernet Memory Platform security and interface related standardsprotocols is required Knowledge of FPGA system architecture and platform hardware Xeon Server Operating environment server BMC interactions virtualizations and proficiency in using validation hardware Xeon servers scopes testers debug tools is needed Knowledge of platform firmware Quartus tools and software stack BIOS kernels OS interactions ,drivers, Virtualization OpenCL areas are preferred As the work involves end to end validation and high complexity debug of cutting edge FPGA acceleration solutions we are looking for Quality result oriented engineers with Platform level validation expertise good system level understanding problem solving mindset enthusiastic with the ability to ramp up faster in new technologies and contribute to the project milestones Knowledge on Platform Solutions Validation tools and methodologies is added plus Driving endtoend technical solutions design execute and analyzetest Identifying and proposing solutions for HW and SW bottlenecks is preferred Exposure to collaborating with other Intel departments and third party vendors acting as a binder between teams to fix issues and determine the best solution is expected Prior experience on Customer engagementcoengineering is preferred Ability to work with cross geo teams and deliver quality end solutions through comprehensive validation Strong selfinitiative and persistence with ability to deal with ambiguity to focus and achieve end goals The candidate must have a high focus on discipline in execution a relentless pursuit of quality and excellent customer orientationInside this Business GroupThe Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) was formed from the acquisition of Altera.
