Job Description

    We are hiring for the position ofVault Administrator at LTI Mindtree.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage policies for secure access control and secret management.
    • Utilize Vaults secret, KV (Key-Value), and database engines for storing and retrieving sensitive information.
    • Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Vault into the CI/CD pipeline and application workflows.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot Vault infrastructure for performance, availability, and security issues.
    • Implement and enforce security practices, including encryption, key rotation, and access controls.
    • Collaborate with cloud providers to ensure proper secret key management and integration with cloud-native services.
    • Stay updated with the latest Vault features, enhancements, and security best practices.
    • Train and educate other team members on Vault operations and best practices.
    Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of HashiCorp Vault, its architecture, and core concepts.
    • Experience with secret management, including the usage of secret engines and secure storage.
    • Familiarity with the KV and database engines within Vault.
    • Knowledge of secret key management in cloud environments and familiarity with related patterns.
    • Understanding of encryption, key management, and cryptographic best practices.
    • Experience integrating Vault into CI/CD pipelines and application workflows.
    • Solid understanding of security principles and best practices.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with other HashiCorp tools such as Terraform.
    • Experience working with cloud providers like AWS
