Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with enterprise architecture to understand key drivers in the virtual desktop infrastructure / collaboration space
  • Work with business functions to understand their requirements for end-user & collaboration service
  • Work with End User Engineering & Support teams on delivering technology services and solutions that align to business requirements
  • Contribute to technology standards, deployment patterns and technology roadmaps for the customers VDI platforms
SkillsTechnical Skills
  • A broad range of technology infrastructure experience with specific expertise in Microsoft end-user technologies and VDI solutions
  • Ability to build strategies and roadmaps with stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in architecting and leading EUC transformation initiatives for enterprises
  • Expert level M365 services and Azure Virtual Desktop and ability to map features/functions to user requirements
  • Expert level Citrix technologies and solutions around Xendesktop / Xenapp / CitrixCloud
  • Understanding of varying user persona types to ensure optimal delivery e.g. Developer Desktops vs Knowledge workers
  • Expert level authentication services and end-user compute security layers
  • Experience around zero trust model enablement techniques and solutions in the context of a VDI environment
Non-Technical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial awareness of
  • Ability and proven experience in working in an agile environment
  • Ability and experience in working collaboratively with a group of senior technical / management teams in complex multi-cultural environments
