Job Title : Business Operations Manager (CRM Implementation -Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce )Location : Bangalore Job Responsibilities: -- Graduate/PG with Min 3+ Years of experience in CRM Implementation product management- Planning and delivering CRM strategies from the scratch across the organization with a view to add new clients and retain existing clients- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for building the data Dashboards and strategies - Collaborating with other functions to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.- Building the Growth operations and providing Insights for Investment and growth teams - Experience in working with CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce etc. will be an added advantageAbout us:We are a VC funded fintech startup based in Bangalore with the audacious goal of building the future of business financing.
