With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). MN RANYou will join the RAN Business Unit and will enjoy our culture of innovation, openness, discipline, simplicity, accountability, and profit mindset. Your future teams are developing Nokia 3GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions including cross-technology responsibility (Multi Radio Access Technology). Your unit s main priorities are flawless execution of System programs including Network Management & Optimization and attached services. Your skills and experience

  • 8-12 years of hands on working experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio network Functional/Capacity testing
  • Experience in technically leading program releases and able to provide direction to teams under challenging and ambiguous conditions
  • Good understanding of 3GPP Specifications for RAN protocols
  • Hands on experience with simulators, analysers, Test and commercial UEs for testing RAN features
  • Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
  • Hands on experience with Robot/Python for automating test cases
  • Good understanding of the processing requirements, design flow and process.
  • E2E knowhow of RAN products including PF, OAM, FCAPS, CN interfaces
  • Expertise in EDA for internal PR escapes and Customer PRs
  • Good at customer interactions and communication with internal and external colleagues across multiple sites
  • Flair towards leading continuous internal improvements and product innovation
