Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Branch Sales Manager (BSM) at HSBC, you will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing changes within the branch to deliver the business strategy effectively. Your main responsibility will be to understand the local branch customers and surrounding demography while mentoring a team of Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) to achieve business objectives and deliver branch performance measures in line with the defined business plan.
